Maintenance and repair of bridge bearings

1 bearing inspection To ensure that the bridge bearing can be safe, effective, normal use, the first step is to strengthen the bridge bearing inspection work, bearing inspection mainly contains the following content.


(1) whether the bearing components are intact, clean, there is no fracture, misalignment, dehollowing.


(2) whether the movable bearing is flexible, whether the actual displacement is normal, whether the anchor pin of fixed bearing is intact.


(3) whether the bearing pad stone has cracks.


(4) whether the simple bearing linoleum is aging, rupture or failure; (5) the bearing shear displacement, whether the actual displacement is normal, the fixed bearing anchor pin is intact; (6) the bearing is intact; (7) the bearing is intact.


(5) whether the shear displacement of the bearing is too large.


(6) whether the bearing produces excessive compression deformation; (7) whether the bearing rubber protective layer is too large.


(7) whether the bearing rubber protective layer appears cracking, hardening and other aging phenomena, and record the location of cracks, crack width and length.


(8) whether the rubber plate between the layers of bearing stiffened steel plate convexity is uniform and normal.


(9) on the teflon slide rubber bearing, should check whether the bearing is dirty, aging, whether the bearing above a layer of PTFE slide plate is intact, whether the bearing is sliding out of the bearing top surface of the stainless steel plate.


(10) whether the fixed bolts of the basin rubber bearing are sheared, whether the nuts are loose, whether the exposed part of the steel basin is rusted, and whether the dust cover is intact.
